Telus Roadmap Leaked: 6 New BlackBerry Devices Coming Soon!

 I normally don’t like to put anything on my blog from BGR but all you Telus Blackberry holders need to know this.

The Telus Roadmap reveals the following BlackBerry devices coming soon:

• BlackBerry Torch 2 / 9810 / Jennings – August 15th
• BlackBerry Bold 9900 / Dakota – August 15th
• BlackBerry Torch 9860 / Monaco – August 22nd
• BlackBerry Curve Apollo / 9360 – August 29th
• BlackBerry Orlando / Curve Touch – October 1st
• BlackBerry Bellagio / Bold 9790 – October 1st

T-Mobile Launching Blackberry Bold 9900 on August 31

RIM has yet to offer up an official launch date for the Bold 9900, however Phone Arena received the above image of what looks like and advertisement for the BlackBerry Bold 9900 launching on the 31st! It appears out post on The BlackBerry Bold 9900 T-Mobile launch date was spot on. When you purchase the Bold 9900 you get a $50 mail in rebate with a $20 data plan. Video: AT&T Branded Blackberry Torch 2(9810) Gets Unlocked

Sprint BlackBerry Torch 9850 Appears in New Image

The BlackBerry Torch 9850 & Bold 9930, are supposedly set to launch on August 21 as well via Sprint. Sprint has yet to formally announce either model, but you can count on hearing something from them in the next few weeks leading up to the anticipated launch.

RIM to Announce Two BlackBerry Torch Models Tomorrow?

We have been hearing rumblings pointing to this but I would still take this rumor with a grain of salt. We have heard from a couple sources that RIM is going to announce two more device in their BlackBerry 7 lineup tomorrow. From what we have been hearing this will be the BlackBerry Torch 9810 (Torch 2 revamp) and the BlackBerry Torch 9850 / 9860 (Full touchscreen no physical keyboard BlackBerry). We have not heard anything about the BlackBerry Curve 9360 but I don’t think that one is fully baked yet.

These announcements couldn’t come soon enough since both of these devices have passed the FCC along with the BlackBerry Bold 9900. From what we are hearing they will start rolling out two weeks after the Bold 9900. That means sometime in late August early September. RIM might also simply be announcing these new BlackBerry 7 devices during their BlackBerry 7 Fan Night event which is happening in Toronto Wednesday night. Abbas from TBreak let us know that he is also hearing the announcement will be at the event.

Either way RIM needs to announce these devices ASAP even if this rumor pans out or not. I am just hoping the launch parties will be in NYC

Details About The Blackberry Messenger App Coming Soon

Now some details have emerged on BBM Music, Here’s the details thus far:

• The music app will come soon after the App World 3.0 launch
• BBM Music can be loaded on all new equipment
• Social music “sharing” with BBM is supported
• Share songs with friends via BBM
• RIM is set to offer its own music library
• Likely there will be a paid subscription, and cost a little $ 4.99 a month
• Get 50 songs, and then share it and you will be able to use the other 50 songs from BBM
